Atalaya New Course is the shorter of the two created in 1990 by Paul Krings, this course is set further inland with gently undulating fairwarsy and large, fast greens. This course requires concentration on every shot. Wide, flat fairways on the beginning holes soon give way to more difficult challenges as the course travels upward through the foothills. Atalaya New Course offers spectacular views of the Mediterranean and Gibraltar and is seen as one of the most natural courses on the coast.
